      Pros

      La qualité des produits, des associations de produits et de textures inédites et intéressantes (une mention spéciale pour le dessert au chocolat "baudelairien" qui chante), un bon conseil pour le vin à prix correct. Une addition par tête à 83.5 euros comprenant le menu dégustation à 7 plats, une bouteille de blanc et une 1/2 de rouge. La sympathie du chef avec qui nous avons pu parler en fin de repas.

      Cons

      Un manque de constance et de rythme dans le service dû certainement à un manque de personnel.

      Produits de qualité.

      Cons

      Rapport qualité/prix élevé. Portions trop petites sauf pour le désert. les légumes pas cuit sont pas toujours très digestes.
