The chef cooks refined, tasty food (goat's cheese croustillant, ox cheek with mixed vegetables), as well as good healthy dishes that are suitable for spa clients. The decor is spruce and contemporary, and there is a pleasant terrace.

Retro style is very much back in fashion: one of the dining areas is reminiscent of an old food market; the other is more rustic. Using the classics as his starting point, the chef creates original combinations and very distinctive flavours.
