Travel guide Les Arcs
Les Arcs
: The Michelin guide review
Made up of three resorts, Arc Pierre Blanche, Arc 1800 and Arc 2000, this is one of the largest skiing centres in the Alps. There is an exceptional view over the Beaufortain and Mont-Blanc. One of the slopes here hosted the ski jump competition during the Albertville Olympic Games. At 1,600 m altitude, Arc Pierre Blanche is family run. A little higher up, Arc 1800 dominates the Isère Valley. Finally, , Arc 2000 is a paradise for high-altitude skiers.
