Middle coastal road star : The Michelin guide review

The Moyenne Corniche, built between 1910 and 1928, runs from Nice to Menton mid-way up the mountainside. Less winding and shorter than the Grande Corniche, it passes through the remarkably-located old village of Èze, skirts the Tête de Chien (dog’s head) rock and forms a ledge above Monaco. It also gives access to the resort of Beausoleil, which borders the principality on the slopes of Mt des Mules, and Cap Martin peninsula.
