Natural ingredients, Alpine herbs and organic produce are to the fore in this restaurant, as the vegetable garden outside the auberge testifies (once the snow has melted!). The skilfully prepared and beautifully presented dishes are full of flavour.

Pros
Un des plus beaux point de vue de la vallée. 300 m à pied des remontées mécaniques. Ambiance chaleureuse, accueil sympathique. Pour les gourmands, ne pas manquer les confitures lors du petit déjeuner. Repas du soir tout a fait correct. Bon dessert.
Cons
La décoration de la salle à manger est un peu décalée. Quelque peu impersonnelle, une touche plus " chalet " aurait complété à merveille le tableau.

Pros
L'arrivée de Raphaël Vionnet,le nouveau chef des cuisines,donne à cette maison un niveau gastronomique à la hauteur du superbe panorama que l'on peut contempler depuis la salle du restaurant
