At 3 295 m above sea level, the Grands-Montets Peak offers an exceptional panorama over the Argentière Glacier, which over looks the Tour, Chardonnet, and the Argentière Peaks and Mount Dolent. One of the main actors in this outstanding snow-covered spectacle is the Mont Blanc as well as the Chamonix Valley which stretches up to the Houches. At a distance, the Jura and the Bernese Oberland give an extra touch to this beautiful view.
