Half-timbered houses flank this individual and narrow street. Some contain some of the 80 butchers' stalls that would have been found there in the Middle Ages (at no. 36 is the traditional butcher's house). The corporation has now left but the street has recovered some of its former liveliness with the «little stomach fair».
