  Pros

  Excellent moment passé dans ce restaurant gastronomique de grande qualité à l'occasion d'un évènement familial. La cuisine des chefs est fine et délicate, avec des classiques incontournables revisités avec brio. Elle a ravit nos papilles de gourmets dans un cadre très agréable sur cette Place de la Libération illuminée en soirée. Très bel accueil et très bel endroit où nous reviendrons avec certitude.

  Pros

  The location of the restaurant is perfect, nice view over Place de la Liberation. The menu has nice pre-selected menus for a good price. We received a menu in French, however the waiter explained all the dishes into English. They advised good dessert wines and the desserts were very good, best of the night!

  Cons

  The expectations of a one-star restaurant are high. I ordered the 52Euro menu and the second and third dish were fish. In the second dish there were 4 bones in my fish, so I complained to the waiter, that it was not normal that there are 4 bones, and he agreed, apologized and would tell the chef. I joked to the waiter, when he served the next dish, would be funny if there were bones in the fish again, when he made sure that there wouldn't. However, after three bites, I found another bone, and I could even see a big bone sticking out of my fish. Total of again 4 or 5 bones. So I told the waiter, that I couldn't understand how this could happen. He responded: It is not your lucky night, you are the only one who found any. And laughed. So, no solution for my problem. I didn't want to argue in the restaurant, but I won't return here. A positive point: in the end, a couple glasses of wine where not in the check.

  A la carte, le pigeon est délicieux

  Aucune coordination entre les serveurs Tous viennent poser les mêmes question à 2 minutes d'intervalle. Tout arrive en même temps : fromage pour l'un, dessert pour l'autre, petits mets sucrés, et mignardises pour le café... Serveurs un peu trop familiers pour un une étoile michelin et 380 € à 3 pour des saufes plus que lourdes et des oeufs cocottes qui n'ont rien d'oeufs cocotte... Quelle déception d'avoir emmené mes parents dans un tel établissement pour mon anniversaire. vraiment médiocre au regard de l'étoile. Certains points seraient pssés pour une brasserie, mais inacceptables pour un étoilé!!!!

  maître d'hôtel sympa, bel emplacement

  cuisine un peu lourde et empesée, on se croirait dans les années 80. service moyen, amuse-bouches et mignardises un peu desséchés, prix trop élevés pour l'ensemble même si la table reste correcte.

  carte des vins bof bof pour un étoilé,très peu de propriétaire connus ou recherché..poussière dans le verre en terrasse!!! cuisinne très moyenne pour ce genre d'etablissement... mais superbe cadre!!!!
