Les Champs Libres : The Michelin guide review

This cultural hotspot inaugurated in 2006 brings three institutions together into a single site: the Brittany Museum, the Science Centre and the Library. The ultra-contemporary building is the work of architect Christian de Portzamparc, who designed an edifice composed of three separate parts which fit into each other: a horizontal parallelepiped on piles (the museum) into which is inserted an inverted pyramid (the library) and a cone topped with a dome (the science centre).
