Upon activation, this city card is valid from the time you exchange your voucher, for the consecutive day(s) selected. Once activated, the card remains personal and can not be exchanged or refunded. Cancellation of this pass is possible until the arrival date at the time of your booking, and only if the pass has not been delivered. Please note that you will need to exchange your voucher for the pass at the Nantes tourism agencies located in Reception Office Feydeau, address: 3 Cours Olivier-de-Colisson, open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Alternatively, you can also locate on of the offices at Reception office Cathedrale, address: 2 Place Saint-Pierre. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. The Nantes pass can not be exchanged or refunded in case of theft, loss, partial or total non-use.
