Admire the magnificent view across the entire Brivadois region from the promontory of this former fortress. Flanked by three towers and a keep built in 1160, the castle, altered in the 15C and 19C, is Renaissance in style. Terraces, gardens and the interior (painted doors, library, dining room) bear the traces of the illustrious families who once lived here. The furniture and d’Aubusson tapestries, which are officially listed national artefacts, add to the charm of this delightful château.
