St-Jean's Church : The Michelin guide review

The clock tower is from the 14C, the Gothic style nave is low, whilst the choir which was rebuilt at the beginning of the16C is much higher. Paintings by Mignard and the tabernacle were carried out based on Girardon's drawings. In 1420, Queen Isabeau of Bavière married her daughter Catherine of France to Henry V of England in this church. Henry V became heir to the French throne but Jeanne remained vigilant.
