Local cuisine predominates here, of course, with foie gras to the fore. There are a few guestrooms above the winstub (just one per floor!), each decorated in an Alsace style.

un peu à l'écart des circuits touristiques ce winstub vous propose une généreuse et goûteuse cuisine alsacienne servie dans un cadre typique. essayer la fameuse tourte au foie gras, une préparation remarquable!

Pros
Service was great, had no problems even with my horrible French. The food was incredible, nice sized portions each prepared with tremendous skill.
Cons
I ordered the "Escalope de Foie Gras", while an enormous portion, it was slightly over cooked.
