Church of Notre-Dame-en-Vaux : The Michelin guide review

An old Collegiate Church which was begun in the Romanesque style, but the vaults, the chancel stalls and the chevet are in the early Gothic style. The austere facade looking down on the Mau canal waters, has a powerful attraction. The nave is lit by a harmonious series of stained-glass windows from Champagne (the most attractive, from the 16 C decorates the lower left side).
