"House (apartment) Iva Old Town is located in the center of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, just few meters up from the main street Stradun or Placa. This is a historical part of Dubrovnik-ancient Republic of Ragusa. All the monuments, restaurants, beaches, grocery shops, town market, bars, internet cafés are at reach and there is no need to use transports. Nonetheless, house is in a quiet quarter. It is a three bedroom house and can accommodate up to 6 persons . In addition, house has a fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV and a small balcony with a coffee table for two and from which there is a splendid view to monuments, belltowers and rooftops of the Old Town.
