Sportgastein : The Michelin guide review

Sportgastein is a huge plateau, 1 588m up, set in a grandiose landscape of rocky ridges and glaciers. Its altitude guarantees excellent snow, making it a skiers’ favourite. A cable car leads up to Kreuzkogel, the highpoint of the ski resort, from where there are ski runs that drop 1 100m.
