Cuisine Traditional

Menu: 36€ (lunch) / 89€ - Carte: 40€/78€ A particularly interesting wine list

One of Vienna's oldest restaurants (established in 1618), it was fitted out in the much admired Vienna Art Nouveau-style in 1901/02. From the outside you can see into the sparkling kitchens where the chefs prepare international and regional cuisine. The restaurant's own delicatessen and patisserie are great for gifts.

      Pros

      Pros

We asked for four courses, leaving the chef free of choice. They served us four delicious dishes, including an excellent gulash. Good wines. We tasted a good Viennese pinot noir.
