      Das war eine Sternstunde in Wien! Die kreativen Inspirationen waren die Wucht. Besonders hervorzuheben waren die Sesamsuppe mit Jakobsmuschel, vor allem dass eine "Wunderlampe" mit schier unendlicher Suppe gereicht wurde, war einzigartig! Auch das Pöckelfleisch mit Austern sei erwähnt. Alle anderen sieben Gänge sowie die Grüße waren nicht nur kulinarisch, sondern auch Optisch (auf Glasbaustein) eine Inspiration. Der Service, um die Hausdame, war vollkommen, nett harmonisch und unaufdringlich. Die Weinberatung war sehr gut und auch im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Top. Alles perfect, gern immer wieder, wenn wir in Wien sind. Familie Großmann, Hamburg P.S. Ich hoffe das nächste Mal den gut gefüllten Weinkeller besichtigen zu dürfen! P.P.S.
