Tyrolean Folklore Museum star : The Michelin guide review

The Tyrolean Folklore Museum is dedicated to the cultural traditions of the region (straddling both sides of the border with Italy). The fine panelled interiors recreate peasant, middle-class and aristocratic life through the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. The first floor displays objects of everyday life, models of farms, painted furniture, Grödner Tal wood sculpture work, masks and costumes; on the second floor is a fine collection of religious folk art.
